Clerk's Office

The Town of Hunts Point has a Town Hall located very near the entrance to the Town at 3000 Hunts Point Road.  Town Hall is open by appointment only.

The Town employs the following staff to assist our residents and handle the day-to-day operations of the Town:

Clerk Treasurer Sue Ann Spens coordinates issues before the Town Council and Planning Commission, answers questions about general Town business, and manages the day-to-day operation of Town Hall.  She also handles all aspects of the Town's finances and financial reporting.  

Deputy Clerk Addie Tych coordinates and handles all issues before the Council and Planning Commission, coordinates the Town's Emergency Management and Block Watch programs, and handles many aspects of the Town's day-to-day operations.  

Deputy Clerk Sue Israel handles all aspects of the Building Department, including coordinating contact with the Town's Building Official, Planner, and Engineer, and handles many aspects of the Town's day-to-day operations.
